I am the main Interior Designer for Indigo Design Brasil Interiores, my duties are the marketing, customer relation, development the concept, moodboards, 2 D Sketch for space plannings and electrical drawings (AutoCAd), then 3D presentation of the project (Sketchup and Promob), Presenting to client and discussing project, follow up of the project (Project Managing), Joinery planning, drawing and creation, products specifications. Complete management of the project from beginning to the delivery to client.
This was a temporary position for one specific project (Villa), my job duties included AutoCAD Drafting, Mood boards and presentations development, suppliers liaison.
Recognize new potential customers and meet them for product introduction and company profile; Build up a relationship with lighting designers and interior designers/architects as well as MEP companies, site visits like construction sites and new developments. Maintain an organized client data base with information about projects and meetings content; Chase first payments and orders for startup of works by the project manager; Follow up last payments with accounts to maintain the live projects list up to date.
Open New ways for the luxury furniture brand from Brazil here in the UAE, Sales increase and new business opportunities identification and development of relationships within the Interior Design world for new channels. Showroom activities supervising and implementing new strategy to achieve targets.
Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
Answering or referring inquiries.
Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Maintained security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
Performed administrative and office support activities for multiple staff.
Data entry for office documents.
Key Roles
• Facilitating adherence to provide excellent customer service thereby ensuring customer expectations are not only met but exceeded. Explaining the safety procedures and serve the passengers throughout the flight.
• Attending a pre-flight briefing, during which air cabin crew are assigned their working positions for the upcoming flight.
• Carrying out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy. Checking all passenger seat belts and galleys are secured prior to take-off.
• Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats. Build customer report and convince them to become members for frequent flyer program.
• Informing passengers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away. Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering passenger questions during the flight.
• Ensuring passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight and checking that there is no luggage left in the overhead lockers.
Key Roles
• Handling the service delivery of teller functions, front desks, clearing, account services, ATM replenishment and complete cash movement activities of foreign and local currencies by ensuring adherence to specified service standards.
• Supervising clearing operations, including receipt of inward cheques/submission of outward cheques to clearing house in time and closely monitor suspicious accounts.
• Rendering support to branch staff for resolving exceptional complaints & operational issues requiring investigations and inquiries with other departments
• Steering efforts toward driving revenue generation and profitable growth by delivering support to business development and sales teams.
Key Roles
• Diligently handling the sales operations of the stores by identifying and accomplishing sales requirements set by the management.
• Ensuring stock level in the store is maintained through monitoring stock and liaising with store planner for optimal replenishment.
• Receiving deliveries, acknowledging it on the system, pricing labels and making sure that the product received is in good condition before trading hours.
• Ensure proper Receipt, storage, issue and distribution of all stock and non-stock items utilizing manual and computerized systems.
Key Roles
• Assisting the top management in areas of personal & confidential matters, management and administration with full initiative & minimum supervision
• Preparing confidential reports, correspondences, minutes of meeting & monitoring deadlines/follow-ups; organizing, filing & maintaining papers, documents, records, etc. in a systematic manner
• Maintaining the Director / Managers diary, maintaining regular updates of appointments, ensuring the preparation for meetings and is smooth. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. Use own initiative to undertake action to minimize disruption to the scheduled workload
Studying Architectute and Urbanism, I am always following the development of knowledge, my love for studying and getting qualified professional development leads me to be always on the pursuit for knowledge!
Studying Interior Design in Brazil, I believe we should be always developing our skills and knowledge. My course is due to be finished in July - 2021. However this course allows remote studyes 100% which can be arranged in case of relocation to Dubai.
