Advises the Director General on diverse strategic matters in driving the digital transformation of Abu Dhabi government with a budget of over AED 1 Billion. Heads the Digital Excellence Office (DEO), which acts as an advisory body to the Authority. Leads the development and implementation of the new Abu Dhabi digital strategy covering government solutions and services, data & applied intelligence, and cybersecurity. Oversees the TAMM flagship project (www.tamm.abudhabi), which transforms 1600 services provided by over 70 Abu Dhabi government entities into integrated seamless customer journeys on unified digital and traditional platforms. Manages the development and implementation of the new ADDA operating model to ensure increased organizational efficiency. Drives the expansion of strategic partnerships and initiatives with public and private sector, and oversees the successful execution of the ADDA rebranding strategy.

Led the digital transformation program “Yas Connect”, which was instrumental in transforming Yas Island into a customer- and experience-centric premier destination for hospitality and entertainment. Provided a unified guest experience across all assets on Yas Island, and oversaw design and development of a CMS-driven technology platform that enables rapid and cost-effective deployment of digital experiences to support all future Miral assets. Managed AED 1 Billion in sales for key strategic government programs, including Microsoft CityNext and Smart Solutions, with significant national impact for governments in all Gulf countries. Advised customer decision makers on how to best realize the value of their Microsoft technology investment through innovation, implementation and productive use. Partook in the Strategic Projects Steering Committee that fed back into Microsoft’s strategies at national level.

Managed ICT annual budget of over AED 30 million, and led ICT tenders and technical procurement projects of over AED 50 million. Oversaw and integrated a portfolio of 60+ applications and infrastructure projects across the department, guaranteeing that deliverables meet customer timelines and quality objectives. Implemented MASDAR’s strategic objectives through ICT support, providing overall backstopping to a team of 1000+ staff, consultants and contractors.
