Main Responsibilities:
- Translating documents and circulars from English to Arabic and vice-versa, plus reviewing the translation of the new Qatar Tourism Law.
- Carrying out hotel, tourist agents and theme park inspections, and making sure that they are following the requirements of the Qatari law.
- Issuing the license for Hotel establishments, Tourism Activities, Theme Parks, and Tourism Agents.
- Issuing official letter on behalf of Qatar Tourism Authority.
- Organising, operating and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
- Managing the web-basid System, Q-Hotels, which connect all hotels to the authority.
- Organising and operating the Tourist Festivals, Events, and Celebrations.
- writing reports and maintaining records.
- Developing new tourist guide programs.
- Organizing with a team, UNWTO Courses throughout the year for outside participants in addition to local Qatari’s, tackling issues facing the Tourism Industry and on how to boost the economy with new tourism projects.
- Experimenting new tourism products (Camel riding, Shark whale) diving, exploring new Landmarks) to lure investors and tourists to visit new sites and explore Qatar.
- Controlling the upcoming projects, hotels, and amusement parks.

- Organizing and operating tours all over Egypt.

- Making sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals and service are satisfactory.
- Carrying historical tours with different nationalities (Italian, American, British, Japanese, ect.) throughout the country.
- Organizing hotel, transport and restaurant bookings for the visitors.
- Explaining the heritage and history of Egypt.
- Ensuring that the tour is running smoothly for individual members of the group.
- Giving advices on facilities, sights, restaurants and shops, at each destination.
- developing a specialist area of knowledge.
- Wide range of customer service responsibilities.
- Marketing tour service responsibilities.
- Prioritizing customers needs related to climate change, food, differences, and other requirements of the country.
- Implementing tours, directing all aspects of the tour from airport- hotel- driver- restaurants- visas, etc.
- Obtaining the visas and required travel documentation for tour members.
- Providing the agency and government required reports on the tour.
- Participating in developing the archaeological sites.
