Developed, managed and coordinated the whole operations of MSSAK in Riyadh & East Region.
Ensured maximum visits to customers by personal with the objective of identifying opportunities
where sales could be increased by adopting new titles and sustained the old ones to achieve the
targets
Working at a senior position for operations & rollouts of different project under the MSSAK,
experience of Telecom turnkey Projects for the Huawei, Aramco on GSM Towers (Civil &
Telecom works) IBS Projects with Saudi Telecom (STC), ZAIN, MOBILY. Develop and maintain
business relationship with NSN (NOKIA) and MOTOROLA to execute certain GSM projects in all
over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Made financial and cash flow strategy through budget and resource planning for revenue
generation and growth plans. Manage 5 civil and OSP teams with all related equipment. Currently
on-going different projects like FTTx in STC compounds up to 1000 subscribers include ISP &
OSP.
Prepare Account Plans within given revenue targets and Implement the plan. Identify trends,
develop relationship, and negotiate agreements and present revenue opportunities, solutions,
reciprocal arrangements with assigned carriers, business customers.
Planned and manage the civil for OSP and GSM turn key projects in which I performed like to
collect the quantities of Duct Solution and Direct buried, Total Trench and Collect the
quantities of HDD, Total length of asphalt, and all other works related to it like excavation,
trenching, cable laying, Cable work Quality Check List, Splicing Quality Check List, F.O.C
Test Equipment Information, Fiber Optic Length Measurement, Oil out Standing List, field Test
report, Ready for service (RFS), etc, and GSM tower civil works and serve the administrative,
Management and implementation following responsibilities.
" To manage and follow-up all OSP activities in the project
" Prepare Project plans and Project procedures in coordination with affected Client side
departments and local contractors
" Direct all Consultants Project Supervision activities and monitor results to ensure timely
execution and quality of work
" Identify and bring to solution all discrepancies found to agreed and approved standards and
Project specifications. Interact as necessary with local authorities for building permits
Chair OSP and CME Project meetings with local contractors, and participate in other project
coordination meetings representing the OSP
" Coordinate with other sections, client, and vendors/contractors for proper and timely delivery
of all Project tasks
" Manage review and approval of Project related design and engineering documents
concerning OSP
" Ensure that all Project tasks are properly documented, and that all Project documents are
filed according to agreed Project procedures
" Prepare section related reports and provide project information to the Project Control group
for incorporation in Project reports
Mainly dealing with STC account, site preparation and telecom work installation, managing the
teams, resource allocation, managing operations
