• Preparation of the Project Baseline CPM Schedule (using Primavera Project Management P6.0) from the scope of work including detailed construction schedule, material procurement schedule & shop drawings schedule.
• Resource and cost loading of the baseline program by evaluating the technical parameters that will be implemented in the construction of the project.
• Identify critical milestones between various disciplines of the construction project.
• Evaluating Performance using Earned Value Management System & identify the delays in the project.
• Monitoring progress throughout the work process and comparing this with the baseline schedule of work and advising the Project Managers of actual and expected slippages.
• Prepare Project Dashboards in order to visualize project insights in a meaningful manner, Track key performance metrics, and Generate actionable insights.
• Investigate on various construction solutions to reduce project duration and further prepare accelerated programs. Advise the construction management on areas of concern.
• Carry out frequent site visits to monitor progress.
• Prepare delay analysis report to maintain discipline to the target plan.
• Generation / Updating of Progress S-Curves with forecasts.
• Preparation of project bar charts / manpower (histograms) & construction equipment.
• Co-ordination with Client and maintain the Bi-weekly & Monthly progress reports of project.
• Preparation of monthly project invoice.
• Preparing Tender stage schedules for clients like Saudi Aramco, SWCC, Royal Commission, GACA, SEC etc.
• Assist in the training of project planners at junior/entry levels by providing guidance in work methods.
