Specific Responsibilities-Roll Out:

• Planning the project activities & producing different levels of programs / schedules for small and big construction projects specifically for MEP scope of work
• Preparation of RFP and Bid document for selection of suppliers, vendors and subcontractors
• Preparing the budget & resource allocation plan
• Acquisition (Evaluation & Selection) of sites by negotiation with land owners to lease or purchase the space, legal opinion of land documents and signing of lease or sale agreements.

• Technical evaluation of quotations & cost negotiation with vendors & subcontractors and executing contract agreements
• Coordination with Consultants for Design/Drawings reviews for tower and other Civil, Mechanical &Electrical works.
• HVAC Implenentation of Precision Airconditioning as managing Stulz, APC in-row HVAC technologies
• Implementation of fire detection & suppression system including Intelligent FM-200 and VESDA
• Management & planning of electrical systems as switch gears, PDU, power distribution, power protection and grounding systm
• Planning and implementation of UPS (APC, MGE) and Rectifiers (Emerson)
• Management and implementation of secondary power sources as Deisel Genset (Perkin, Lister Peter, FG Wilson)

Specific Responsibilities-Operations:

• Operation Mangement of Telecom sites including the routine maintenance of Diesel Genset (capacity ranging 13- 400kva), HVAC System, Rectifiers, UPS, Line Conditioners, Grounding & other power distribution system.
• Preparing the Preventive Maintenance Schedules of Genset, Aircons and other Electrical systems along the maintenance annual plan for all machines and ensuring its implementation for a continuous and smooth network operations
• Prepare and monitor contract plan for spare parts warehouse, consumables, major equipment overhauls and execution of new initiatives/projects, Repair and test the spares.
• Supervision of Genset Overhauling activity, testing, installation & comissioning
• Direct and supervise the Maintenance Team for preventive maintenance and attendance of breakdowns & planning to minimize equipment downtime
• Follow up on the implementation of the external maintenance contracts and ensuring to implement as per the defined KPIs
• Installation & maintenance of fire detection and suppression system
• Prepare reports, analyze data and make recommendations for improving the Genset/equipments operation and solving maintenance related problems
• Prepare and execute departmental budget for staffing, spares, consumables, major equipment overhauls and new initiatives
• Inventory management to make sure that required spares are available in the stores
• Preparing the down maintenance reports, equipment history, etc.

Specific Responsibilities-Roll Out:

• Performed the various need assessment surveys for preparation of feasibility reports for different Projects as Establishment of CAD/CAM Centers for Engineering sector and Skill Development Centers& Common Facility Centers for Foundry sector of Pakistan.
• Benchmarking for Garment sector “Productivity Enhancement Plan” Project
• Preparation of feasibility report &PC-1 (Planning Commission Document).
• Liaison with concerned Govt. department for the acquisition of land and MOU signing
• Preparation of bid documents to carry the construction & procurement work.

• Preparing the Curriculum & Imparting training on Mechanical & Electrical Systems.
• Procurement of Spare & Consumables for training & maintenance purpose.
• Recruitment (advertisement, short listing, Interviews and placement) of Support and Technical Staff for technical training centre (SDCs).

Project: Energy Conservation in Punjab Tanneries (ECPT).
Responsibilities:
•Worked in ECPT, A project to reduce the overall production cost by efficient utilization of energy.
•Planning & performing the Energy Audit of different Tanneries and textile industries, for Energy Conservation of Steam generation & distribution System, compressors and other Electrical Systems
•Preparation of Energy Audit Reports, Action Plans and Preventive Maintenance Plans on the basis of Energy Audit.
•Implementation of action plans based on standard Energy conservation techniques.
•Monitoring & controlling the implementation plan to ensure the energy reduction cost.

Scope: Infrastructure Development & Operation

Specific Responsibilities-Construction: Project: DG Khan Cement Construction Project, Kalar Kahar

• Scheduling of daily production activities of cement plant equipment & accessories
• Monitoring of Daily Progress of Fabrication and Erection
• Preparation of Daily/Weekly Progress Reports of Production and Erection.
• Site Monitoring, Coordination with SubCon and feed back to Head Office.

Specific Responsibilities-Maintenance: Project: Mirani Dam Project, Turbat Baluchistan

• Responsible for full supervision of workshop & maintenanceactivities of Bulldozers, Loaders, Graders, Fleet, Trucks, heavy duty Vehicles & lining machine, concrete pump, Mechanical & Hydraulic Cranesetc
• Routine & Breakdown maintenance of Crushing Plants & Asphalt Batch Plant.
• Supervision for Engine Overhauling and other in workshop activities
• Maintaining and Controlling the inventory of spares & parts
• Preparing the daily/weekly/Monthly maintenance reports & coordination with HO.
