• Execution of the Monthly training calendar, Logistic Management & Expense Management
• Execution of Product Launch trainings in North Region & Annual and Monthly Budget and reports
• Liaison with internal trainers & Development of new training modules and Courses
• Policy and Strategic development for Learning and Development department with Head and Dy.Head L&DD
• Ensuring that the checklists prepared for Batch and Cash Officers’ trainings are properly followed and completed & Internal Trainer’s and TO’s Evaluation
o Training & Development: Developed full fledge training manuals and developed corporate linkages with academia and industry for corporate trainings and management consultancy & Industrial liaison
o Marketing Research : Marketing research for a Management Consulting Firm Included, Marketing and Branding, Competitor Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Budget Estimation, Target market, Core Competencies
o Academic Management: Focal person for the Riphah-NCUK program coordination from the International Business Development Office to respective faculties.
