Supply Chain - Planning and Materials Management Department:
Planning weekly Raw Material delivery schedule for ARASCO Alkharj and Dammam Plants
Preparing Discharging Plan of Raw Materials from Vessels
Coordinating and Monitoring the Discharging Performance
Interacting daily with Production, Logistics, Vessels’ Agents, Sales, Quality, and Finance
Handling any issue related with Raw Materials’ delivery, stock and plant receiving
Preparing Stock Transportation Orders via SAP and following up with Logistics
Cost reductions for Raw Materials’ delivery and storing
Follow up with customer service on delivery issues as well as planning for future orders
Checking Contracts status, Conditions, and renewal issues and following up with Owners
Controlling and Managing External Warehouses etc
Discharging reports ships, Daily reports, Daily summary warehouse management report.
Create the Plan to Unloading Materials from the Vessels Depending on the Availability of space Follow-up to the Daily Performance of the Discharge
Reviews daily inventory activity; maintains accurate inventory SAP system files and Receiving purchase order by SAP etc
Feed mills Equipment installation
Providing the necessary training to protect workers’ safety and health before they begin a new job or new task.
Daily meeting Weekly meeting report. Safety meeting with senior Project manager
Initiate, control and check at regular intervals, all set outs whether carried out by Ahrens staff or subcontractor.
Ensure the agreed program is met for each component of the project and report any variances to the Project Manager etc.
Inspect and coordinate maintenance for power supplies, diesel generators automatic transfer switches and associated critical equipment's etc.
Labors management crane forklift scaffolding material arramgment etc .
Invoices.
Invoice statements.
Contractor Quotation.
Contract Agreement of companies.
Document record.
Preparation contingency bills contractor bills
Maintain payment and receipt
Administration
Employee Payroll salaries deduction and increments etc
Audit of books of accounts and reporting
