commercial, residential, and municipal projects- 74, 000 SF and $1.2M in total construction budget (Fire stations, police
stations, ...etc.) using Revit, Bluebeam, AutoCAD.
• Supported the design development through 2D/3D modeling, drawings, and coordination with project teams.
• Prepared cost estimates in the form of Excel sheets as well as material take-offs, supporting budgeting and procurement of a
$70M with 102, 000 SF area School new construction.
• Conducted QA/QC of cost estimation reports and reprepared new estimation reports of a $3M budget Project with over 50, 000
SF area which saved $150K by correction errors (FirstEnergy Headquarters renovation project).
• Collaborated with the architectural and engineering teams on project proposals and design solutions. Participated in project
meetings and contributed to the review of codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Attended pre-bid meetings, meeting minutes, drafted action lists, and responded to RFIs from the general contractors in
municipal projects.
• Prepared As-built drawings and conformed documents based on addendum.
• Assisted the senior PM in scheduling projects and coordinating with other engineering teams to meet critical milestones.
• Prepared construction documents, tracked authority submission, and helped the PM in resubmitting the documents for
approvals.

• Managed a team of three designers and interns to make sure to increase their performance.
• Visited project sites and created daily reports of the work progress for the senior PM.

• Identified the most common problems of precast profiles and redesigned profiles and improved quality by 10%.
• Designed and created 3D classic profiles model for exterior face to show customers which resulted in increased sales by
15%.
• Led customers and provided recommendations in choosing the best precast exterior with regards to their needs and budget.
