Key Responsibilities:
• Plan meetings with the clients to understand their requirements to convert the same into a conceptual design and budgetary estimate.

Sales & Marketing:
• Arranged market study of demand pattern, growth trend, competitors’ activities, market segment and forecasted sales for the next year as well as on long term basis.
• Finalized sales plan with area and product wise sale targets, involving the area mangers, strategies and marketing programs to achieve sales targets.
• Shared approved plan and targets with the area managers to improve their participation in achievement of sales targets and implementation of strategies and marketing programs.
• Closely monitored inventory status with the wholesalers and retailers to plan and schedule daily dispatch to ensure availability of the products at all point of sales all the time.
