• Document Internal and External Audits and Other Quality Assurance Activities.
• Lead the Investigation in Customer Complaints and Non-Conformance Issues.
• Analyze Data to Identify Areas for Improvement in the Quality System.
• Develop, Recommend, and Monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions in the Company.
• Evaluate Audit Findings and Implement Appropriate Corrective Actions.
• Review the Implementation and Efficiency of the Pest Control System in all DSV sites.
