- Monitor distributors stock to ensure maintaining secured stock levels and avoid any ruptures or overstocking.

-Managing and leading shared service P2P and R2R teams.

-Review and analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations including fixed assets, banks, accruals, provisions...

-Leading the whole process of FCF "Financial controlling framework" reporting to ensure controls are met and that controls are matching the company's guidelines and manuals.

-SAP super user and providing SAP support for various departements

-Organizing, handling and communicating with the company's auditors and tax consultants.

-Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
-Prepare monthly fixed assets register, Bank reconciliations, Prov­isions reconciliations in-addition to various accounts reconciliations.
-Making Monthly FCF "Financial controlling framework" to ensure controls are met and that controls are matching the company's guidelines and manuals.
-Providing SAP support for various company departments.

-Acting as senior for Audit assignments using different reporting frameworks including US GAAP, IFRS and Egyptian Accounting standards.
-Provide significant help and support to senior professionals to review a corporation's internal controls and procedures
-Analyze and evaluate the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures
-Review, develop and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of a business
-Check and inspect the accuracy of accounts receivables, payable, Fixed assets...
-Study and test software and hardware systems of the company
-Develop and maintain the clients and business partners' databases
-Create and manage budgets, balance sheets and other related financial statements
-Analyze and recommend changes in internal audit controls
-Ensure compliance with local, national and federal audit policies and regulations
-Identify and evaluate procedures and policies in tax reporting processes
-Prepare audit paperwork in accordance with standards and requirements
-Establish working relationships with company's staff, business partners and clients
