Alissar Elbaba

Was hired as a Content Manager but have now moved on to being an Account Manager. My role and responsibility has continuously evolved over the years that I have been working at Promoseven.

Responsible for the the Project Coordination of the Department of Economic Development’s Portal (launched late September 2001). Including Content Management, Quality Assurance and the final press launch. Areas of responsibility include having to co-oridinate between DED staff, and two other outsourced companies to collate the information and present it onto the portal, having to review information and processes set out, liasing with the technical team, and coordinating between venues and various agencies for the press launch.

Employed to the capacity of a Content Manager where my responsibilities extended towards to frontiers of sourcing and updating content onto the portal. Was also responsible for the structured look and feel of the various channels of the web site. At times, my activities would extend to the marketing arena where I would operate to the capacity of a Marketing Co-ordinator whereby I would have to liase and co-ordinate communications with various clients both locally and globally.

Was employed on a freelance basis to assist with the production of the automotive websites for the Al Futtaim Group of Companies.
