Headhunted to build the Permanent Hire recruitment team covering roles
across the UK, Europe and EMEA region, specifically within the private
sector. Developed recruitment solutions covering Direct Sourcing,
Recruitment Strategy, specific Recruitment Campaigns, Retained Search and
Executive Headhunting.
Responsibilities:
• Motivate and drive your team to deliver quality results
• Supporting the team to develop client relationships & new business
opportunities
• Developing your team by providing training, support and coaching
• Ensure that you set and manage achievable KPIs for your team to drive
key business outcomes
• Ensure a regular and high standard of client management is maintained.
• Prepares monthly forecasts and quarterly business plans including sales
objectives, marketing plans and activity objectives.
Key achievements:
+ Built a team of 5 successful consultants on a new desk in a new market
whilst consistently achieving both personal and team targets.
+ Promoted two consultants during my time.
+ 100% retention rate within the team during my tenure
Promoted within the first 6 months in the business to a senior Recruiter for
consistently achieving targets, challenging set budgets and KPIs, contributing
to a diverse and fun culture, introducing new innovative ways to Business
Development and other processes.
Responsibilities:
• Assess Job Seekers’ skills and abilities
• Develop strategies to achieve employment
• Undertake Job Seeker skills assessment
• Assist Job Seekers to identify and work towards employment goals
• Develop, Monitor, review, update Job Seeker employment pathway plan
• Negotiate wage subsidies for Job Seekers with employers
• Refer Job seekers to available vacancies
• Provide Job seekers with recourses, advice and assistance with
application letters, resumes and interview techniques
• Assist with strategies to build self-confidence
• Run various workshops to assist jobseekers
• Provide relevant information on training
• Reverse market Job seekers to potential employers
• Build strong business relations with employer to generate business
revenue
• Assist employers in the recruitment process, i.e. pre-screening &
interviewing potential candidates, reference checking etc.
• Provide post placement support with job seekers and employers
• Meet performance targets set by chief operating officer
• Train new staff members internally at Job prospects
