Responsible of the day to day management of the IT Department. Had a team of 8 people and was the Single Point of Contact (Spoc) with the clients. Working in an Agile environment.
Responsible of some internal projects in terms of development, trainings and maintenance. Monitoring the progress on projects with external service providers.
Duties
•Project Manager for the implementation of a BI solution (Oracle, SQL Server)
•Participation in the technical and financial bids counting.
•Customer support in Drafting of specifications
•Team management (4 people)
•Monitoring of the development phase of custom solutions (Java, SQL Server, Transact-SQL, MySQL)
•Project risk management and implementation of the action plan
•Reporting.
•Participation in steering committees
•Monitoring of the reception phase.
•Users trainings.
•Managing the relationship with providers.
Responsible of the development of the new client requests. Test monitoring and assistance to the deployment of the new features.
