• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

 Producing Operations manuals, which define how the business is to be run.
 Work closely with the Financial Manager and IT Manager.
 Achieve targets in a dynamic and complex business environment.
 Able to manage and develop a diverse group of highly skilled people.
 Ability to manage operations within budgetary constraints.
 Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with suppliers and customers.
 Manage and oversee administrative functions to ensure all paperwork is processed efficiently and in a timely manner and meet all compliance requirements.
 Manage a team in a busy work environment.
 Coordinate and follow up of sales and marketing actions with the group support department.
 Develop people sales skills, technical skills, demonstration and application skills, group sales management.
 Maximize profitability through superior customer service, effective and prompt communication and follow-up on all pending matters with the customer.
