1. Facilitate the Check-In Procedure
2. Facilitate Check-Out Procedure
3. Receive all tenants’ complaints and maintenance requests & Follow up with the Maintenance and Facilities Dept.
4. General Cleaning and maintenance of common areas and facilities e.g. Party halls, club houses etc & to keep it clean and ready all the time for tenants’ use.
5. Responsible for the safekeeping of keys of vacant units as per GM’s approval.
6. Provide written daily report on the Vacancy, Status & Conditions of Property Units to Property Manager
7. Coordinate with Maintenance and Facilities department after approval from Property Manager
8. Monitor the post inventory maintenance check (e.g. A/C, Light fittings, Furniture, Appliances, Flooring, Water leakage, etc.) which will be carried out by the Al Asmakh Maintenance Co. every after the day of the final handover of any flat/villa unit from the previous tenant. This will be done only once by the Maintenance Department. No delay will be acceptable at this point.
