• Appointed as a Customer service senior supervisor in Jeddah Branch.
• Handling a Team of 11 Drivers, 10 Assistants, 2 Delivery officers & 1 night shift officer.
• Making delivery plan.
• Ensuring orders are delivered and received.
• Applying Time Management Strategy in Delivery Plan.
• Ensuring invoices acknowledgement submitted 100% and on time.
• Tracking pending invoices and following up with sales team to be submitted.
• Following with warehouse to load all planed orders.
• Ensuring night shift process is well while loading time to avoid any wrong loading.
• Prepare team commission and send to finance.
• Follow up with the team during delivery time.
• Making sure if there is a valid return, must be return same quantity and following the right process for valid return to avoid any shortage.
• Tracking drivers loading by cases to make sure they achieve their target.
• Arranging external tracks from Rental Company if needed.
• Training the team.
• Making Sure Zero Customer Complain while delivery.
• Dynamic Rerouting (Road Net)
• Doing Analyses of all delivery schedule and Sales return, to make further plan to ( Reduce Sales Return, Zero Shortage on Delivery, On Time Delivery and 100% Invoice Acknowledgement )
