• Coordinating all employee relations like staff medical insurance claims, and follow-up on their governmental requirements.
• Coordinating yearly Formula One competition
• Coordination with sections nurses and doctors for the nomination to contest the Formula One.
• Manage various types of leaves for all staff using Oracle system.
• Coordinating of official missions for all staff
• Manage vacations related issues for all staff.
• Manage training courses for all staff using Oracle system.
• Manage attendance system using smart system.
• Supervise issuance of employees ID electronic cards.
• Submit proposals to enhance works at Administration Department to Top Executive Management.
• Administers all staff medical insurance claims, and follow-up on their governmental requirements.
• Administers staff traveling schedules, tickets, Per Diem and accommodation ensuring that all payments to be done on time.
• Supervises all maintenance related to office requests and other facilities including plants and equipment.
• Administers all telecommunication as fax, telephone and courier bills.
• Supervises distribution of the company’s press requests (greeting cards, calendars, gifts, business cards, advertisements, etc.).
• Administers all forms as per the company staff handbook
• Coordinates the receipt of employment applications and other related employment activities.
• Carries out employee data processing and entering of employee information on HR data base.
• Updates of employee data ensuring that all records are up to date.
• Assists in examining employee files to answer inquiries and provide information to authorized entities within the company.
• Assists in compiling data from personnel records and preparation of reports.
• Ensures the safeguarding of personnel records and files.
• Receives the monthly attendance of employees
