• Promote Established Policy and Objectives throughout the Department to increase Awareness, Motivation and Involvement.
• Ensure focus on customer Requirements throughout the Department
• Ensure that appropriate processes are implemented to enable Requirements of Customers and other interested parties to be fulfilled and Objectives to be achieved.
• Ensure that an effective and efficient Quality/HSE Management System is Established, Implemented and Maintained in the Department to achieve these Objectives.
• Ensure the availability of necessary Resources in the Department.
• Decide actions taken for improvement of Quality/HSE Management System.

• Responsible for the Shutdown Management from start to completion up to closing phase: Site Visit, Proposals, Preparations, Mobilization, Execution of Shutdown, De-mobilization and close - up.
• Responsible for the Project management from start to completion of fabrication, construction, testing and commissioning of projects.
• Providing, coordinating, monitoring support for engineering, scheduling, progress taking & monitoring, execution, coordination & correspondence with client, handling additional and extra scope of works (claims).
• Detailed scope covers planning for Mobilization, execution, attending to deliverables (project initial documentation), attending project review meetings & reporting on project monitoring.
• Resolving engineering disputes for site problems, by interfacing with fabrication / erection crews problems pertaining to drawing versus actual.
• Prepare erection packages, material management from take-off (coordinating till receipt).
• Provide technical guidance execution / production.
• Recommend new / alternative methods for work, to expedite schedule.
• Focus in On-site management and completing the projects.

• Successfully executed and completed SATORP (Hydro Cracker Unit) Shutdown 2018, Major role was preparation, planning and execution of shutdown.
• Overall responsible for Shutdown Execution and liaison with Client, Manpower, equipment and Sub-contractor Management.

Worked with Albario Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd, Pakistan as Project Manager for the Electro - Mechanical Construction, Testing and Commissioning of the 234 MW Muridke CCGT Power Plants.

Muridke CCGT Power Plant is a 234 MW comprising 02 General Electric Gas Turbine Frame 6 Fa+ and 01 Skoda Doosan Power Steam Turbine, Fueling by Gas and Light Diesel Oil. Liaison

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the safe, in time & economical construction, testing and commissioning of the Power Plant
• Close co-ordination with Client, EPC Contractor and Consultant in the terms of design & engineering documents, Project Schedule and Monthly & Weekly Progress Review Meetings
• To ensure and implementation the Project HSE & QA/QC Policies
• To train team members on health and safety issues including the control of substances hazardous to health and basic fire awareness.

Worked as a Maintenance Engineer with AES Corpoaration, USA based company working in Pkaistan as a IPP and having the facilities of 750 MW Thermal Power Station in Pakistan. I was working in maintenance department and was responsible for the maintenance of plant equipments and machinery along with outages/overhailings of Steam Turbine, Generator & Boilers. involved in the budgeting, commercial and contarcts actvities and porject related activities.

Working as a maintenance supervisor and responsible for the maintenance of power plant equipments.

Worked with MEW as Mechanical Inspector in the construction actvities of Doha West Desalination Plant.

Worked as a Machinery Technicians with Fauji Fertlizer Company (Petro - Chemical Complex) in Machinery Maintenance Department. I was responsible for the maintenance of all kinds of machinery like, Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine, Pumps, Compressore, Gear Boxes.
