HR Generalist

Responsible for the Human Resources functions including but not limited to:
• Coordinating with the Consultants and Recruitment Agencies to source candidates that meet the requirement of the positions.
• Coordinating with various resources to acquire potential resumes.
• Manage overseas shutdowns campaigns in different regions across Pakistan.
• Work with department managers in preparing job adverts and placing job vacancy adverts in leading newspapers and web portal.
• Initiate in pre-hiring and recruitment processes i.e. checking application forms, shortlisting and screening potential candidates.
• Conducting preliminary interviews and arranging final/technical interviews and tests with supervisor and department head as the position may require.
• Negotiating packages with prospective candidates to align with budgetary requirements.
• On new employee joining, to ensure that the Employment Letter/Contract is signed and other forms are filled and signed and approved.
• Giving a brief to the new employee on the policies and procedures of the organization.
• Provide the required documents to respective business unit to apply the required number of visas for overseas deployment of company employees.
• Monitor the personnel and benefits files.
• Research and prepared occupational classifications, job descriptions, salary slabs of various positions.
• Responsible to monitor all existing policies, procedures and programs in true spirit.
• Address the benefits questions raised by managers and employees as well as assist with problem solving.
• Develop and implement a manpower planning mechanism that drives accurate and rational planning for the requirements of each function across the unit.
• Encouraging the employees to provide references.
• Provided guidance to less experienced team members.
• Designs individual and group training plans
• Manages relationships with contractors hired to conduct training.
• Organizes and maintains training materials, which include instructional media and handouts, on aviation and customer service issues.
• Promotes the retention and transfer of knowledge and skills.
• Reconciliation of timesheets and Roster to ensure that they correspond and that information is transferred to payroll in a timely manner.
• To update all documentation related to the roster and add staff movement details into the staff system.
• Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of approved human resources programs, policies, processes and procedures designed to attract, retain and reward employees in alignment with overall business strategy. Used experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes.
• Supervise employee relations activities including employee counseling, policies and employees recreational activities like Sports Galas.
• Interpret, evaluate and standardization of existing policies and programs.
• Identify ways to improve and enhance the quality of current HR services and operations and drive forward changes to deliver improvements.
• Conduct employees’ annual performance appraisal.
• Delegation of different assignments to my associates.
