•Assures that the business operations generate maximum profit by developing overall strategic and directional plans for all products/market in accordance with the central office’s directive and guidelines
The Sports Facility Manager has overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of a particular location to include customer satisfaction (UAE Army), proper training of the staff, employee personnel issues, ensure facilities cleanliness while the Club is achieving projected membership frequency goals as well as all other aspects.

•Mobilization and induction of new employees
•Terminations, resignations, Promotions, evaluations, Performance issues and transfers
•Salary, compensation and benefits (comparison including research)
•Advise department heads on HR issues and local laws
•Arrange training and monitor training data
•Staff welfare and counseling, solve conflicts
•Policies & procedures, strategic personnel planning and writing job descriptions
•Organizing staff events (Annual Party, Team Building etc.)
•Check and sign off invoices, monitor expenses
•Insurance packages and rates (health, fleet, building, workers computation etc.)
•Company leases, management events and meetings
•Maintenance / administrative suppliers and rates
•UAE labor law Documents and requirements
PHILIPPINES
Responsible for developing and deploying marketing strategies, marketing research, and designing and executing of ads and promo campaigns.
•Assures that the business operations generate maximum profit by developing overall strategic and directional plans for all products/market in accordance with the central office’s directive and guidelines.
Responsible to the Sales Manager for the accomplishment of sales, distribution, accounts penetration, merchandising and promotion objectives within assigned accounts consistent with division standard and policies.
•Makes a regular cycle of coverage on as many drugstores, hospital pharmacies, dispensing MD’s, industrial outlets, military installations, as would most contribute to the attainment of sales goals and distribution objectives.
