• Ensures all safety codes requirements and standards are being complied within assigned area of responsibility with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSE) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions as per Project Management requirements and procedures.
• Check setting out plan, survey coordinates and the elevation of the tunnels, ontiguous piles and main bridge piles prior to drilling.
• Check the cylindrical reinforcement installation of the piles and concreting.
• Setting-out Survey, Excavation, Backfilling & Compaction for Pipe laying Underground Utilities, relocation, Pre-casted FOC Manholes, Sand bedding of low voltage and High voltage cable, Steel Reinforcements & Shuttering encasement Concreting works.
• Check for low and High cable termination at site
• Check elevation cut off of piles prior to install reinforcement for pile caps.
• Check and ensure materials delivery is approved by the consultant prior to implementation at site
• Assist the third party laboratory team to identify such crack in the pier casted and ensure the exact procedure in repairing a crack through the exact proper materials used.
• Attend the concrete material trial mix for concrete mixture.
• Coordinates with PE, in closing NCR’s and SOR’s in the project concerned.
• Undergo all pile testings such as, dynamic load test, sonic test, integrity test. And preparing areas randomly identifying for Plate Load Bearing Test
