I handle the day to day management of the library including reference service, acquisitions, and cataloging and indexing of materials.
Builds partnerships with other libraries for exchange or inter-library loan of materials.
I design the in house library database for collection management.

Handles the policy building and the creation of a new library.

Provides access points to the Library’s monographic collection (printed and otherwise) by cataloging and classifying monographs, pamphlets and other non-print materials (e.g. computer discs, videocassettes, videotapes, web sites), using internationally accepted standards, for addition into the Library’s OPAC; this involves the use of MARC tags and codes and the assigning of standard subject headings and classification numbers.
Maintains the OPAC by checking and editing the data encoded by Library Assistants to ensure that information included is accurate and meets the standard requirements.
Provides inputs on the formulation, review and revision of cataloging-related policies
