Closely works with store manager to manage and lead a team of selling staff to achieve sales goals

Deliver a high standard of customer service at the sales floor

Perform product presentation and sales promotion
Handle cashiering duties, invoices and delivery arrangements
Deal with customer enquiries and handle complaints in a polite and professional manner at all times.
Developing and maintaining customer rapport
Give feedback to on customer enquiries and complaints and give recommendation on assortment mix
Ensure completeness and integrity of customer data

Ensure high level of store presentation
Maintain store appearance in line with visual merchandising guidelines
Supervise the team to ensure all work areas are neat and tidy
To keep all filings within area organized at all time
To ensure all stocks are securely stored from destruction, abuse, fire and theft

To assist the retail and store manager to ensure smooth operation on sales floor
To train and delegate subordinates
Motivating the sales force by supervision and leadership.
Ensure reporting of all incidents on the sales floor to store manager or retail director
Liaise with other department via e-mail/fax/telephone/documents
To act as deputy of the store manager during his or her absence
To follow company procedures and policies
To monitor all the reports related to retail sales
To perform merchandise control function and maintain required stock level
Report to Store Manager if there is any quality issue with the products.
Check all sold/transfer items to ensure the items are in good condition with proper wrapping materials before sending or delivering to other locations.
Supervise daily replenishment, and verify count of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Supervise sales team to prepare storage space and place products in designated areas.
Conducts periodic physical stocktake of store inventory.
