Duties and Responsibilies:
Checking and updating first aide kit in weekly basis, fire extinguiser and AED in monthly basis.
Initiate request for minor maintenance request to rectify the issue that found out in the inspection report.
Verify compliance with the minimum safety standards set forth in the adopted building codes.
Ensuring compliance with zoning regulations national building codes and contract specifications.
Allocating the jobcards between the service teams leaders.
Priority ( Appointments, MOC, VIP customer )
Identifying Job categories (Quick Service, General Repair, Trouble shooting and Diagnostic).
Updating Service Advisors on Work in Progress (WIP) and any additional jobs.
Assesses time recording manually and electronically for productive staff and performance analysis.
Transfering finished job cards to costing clerk and warranty administrator for closing warranty claims.
Coordinating with the Team Leader for waiting approval and waiting parts.
Monitoring FRU’s of Technicians on their jobs.
Controlling the job cards and required documents to be out.
Preparing daily, monthly workshop report and overtime sheet requested by Workshop Manager.
Recording all comeback and repeat repair jobs.
JOB TITLE : Warranty/Costing Clerk
Duties and Responsibities:
Processing the finished workshop orders issued by Workshop Controller, according to BMW warranty guidelines and documentation
Storage of warranty parts in line with BMW regulations.
Following up on all warranty and goodwill cases.
Preparing, submitting, following up on claims to BMW AG Germany.
Ensuring that warranty jobs are complete and correctly processed before costing
(signatures and mileages).
Closing job cards according to BMW guidelines.(KSD, FRU planning & costing).
Issuing the service warranty report and presenting to the Service Manager
Monitoring and receiving warranty parts returns.
Assisting warranty BMW annual audits.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Monitoring daily list of customer appointment with staggered advice.
Pre-opening orders, filling out the appointment planner and preparation sheet.
Recording and updating important vehicle data ( Registration, model, odometer reading, vehicle identification number (VIN), etc.)
Arranging appointment reminders and clarifying the channel of communication
( telephone, e-mail, SMS ).
Checking Service Repair Package (SRP) and Technical Campaigns with BMW AG via S-gate portal.
Agreeing appointment with the customer for the service consultation with mobility collect and deliver service.
Planning the service appointment, workshop capacity utilization and the date of vehicle return.
Forwarding customer complaint to the Service Manager.
Monitoring and documenting how the customer compliant is handled and closed.
( via Online Complaint Management System ).
Scheduling service appointment in general (Customer consultation).
JOB TITLE : Service Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities :
Meeting and greeting customer arriving in the showroom.
Reception at the car visual inspection, checking all functions in the vehicle and note of all work
to be carried out.
Assisting the Service Advisor to their expected and walk- in customer.
Ensuring that waiting customer have been made comfortable and looked after.
Identifying methods for improvement in floor traffic control Reception Section.
Preparing an invoice at the right time before collection and explaining the invoice if necessary.
Supporting the administration of the service department.
Organising a collection and return the vehicle to the customer.
Recording customer request for workshop repair and prioritise them according to the services to be performed, in cooperation with the Service Advisor.
Reporting to the management any discrepancies noticeable in the Service Reception
which might contribute negatively to the achievement of customer satisfaction.
Dutes and Responsibities :
Inspecting and processing of transport damage ( BMW Group Transport Logistics ).
Checking of equipment and accessories ( floor mats, radio, mobile phone, warning hazard triangle, first aide kit, tools, etc. )
Complying with the care instructions issued by the battery manufacturer and with the battery charging schedule.
Ensuring that the prescribed tyre inflation pressure is observed ( to prevent tyre pressure loss).
Preparing stencil form engine vehicle identification number (VIN) and submitting to Sales Admin.
Checking the vehicle before handover to the customer.
JOB TITLE : Parts and Accessories Assistant
Duties and Responsibities :
Preparing and submitting parts stock orders and VOR orders via RDA system.
Allocating parts in designated location ( ABC stock management system)
Organising the presentation of accessories in the sales area.
Monitoring parts movement, recording and receiving parts back orders.
Issuing parts and picking slip to technicians.
Arranging return of parts in accordance with BMW guidelines ( Warranty and Goodwill).
Maintaning inventory storage system for bin location, numbering and tags
Updating parts and accessories pricing and availability.
Arrranging regular contact with service so that coordinated technical campaigns parts can be initiated.
