 Drafting announcement and decision to be implemented by the university’s staff in the HQ & branches, which is issued by the board of trustee and other committees.
 Assisting the HR director in updating the university’s policies and regulations, creating job description handbook, and creating a new salary scale that suit the 9 branches in different Arab countries.
 Coordinating and following up with legal office regarding the labor cases and any other legal issues.
 Knowledge of labor law in 9 different Arab countries, including Kuwait.
 Other duties as assigned by the HR Director.
 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships throughout the organization and its nine branches.
 Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and execute university events, meetings, and special projects.
 Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
