• Designing and supporting the coordination and implementation of all assigned M&E
activities of the project while ensuring that there is compliance to the M&E policies,
procedures, practices; and donor requirements.
• Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (RBM-result based management) on
project progress.

tools, the importance of quality data to help ensure quality work.
• Developing baseline data for each project component and for all project indicators.
• Collecting data on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance
indicators.
• Coordinating the preparation of all project reports. Guiding staff and partners in preparing
their progress reports in accordance with approved reporting formats and ensure their
timely submission.
• Preparing consolidated internal and/or donor progress reports for project management,
including identification of outcomes, lessons, and potential bottlenecks in project
implementation, and providing specific recommendations.

• Conducted Post Assessment on the APEAL II project in Kyegegwa, Kyaka II refugee
settlement.
• Supported field-level project Monitoring and Evaluation activities such as digital data
collection and assisted partners in their efforts to collect and ensure timely analysis of
project data per specified mechanisms and tools.
• Conducted field work, participated in data collection using the tools provided by TPO
Uganda and conducted data quality assessment.
• Participated in data entry into the system using the Kobo Collect Application
