* Authorized Proctor PECB - Professional Evaluation & Certification Board.
* Administer Public & Private courses per yearly schedule.
* Coordinates training program schedule of classes, including facilities allocation, equipment reservation, materials fulfillment, pre and post work communication(s), on-site coordination, vendor coordination and compiling evaluation instruments.
* Sourcing, screening, & short listing potential Instructors that we have obtained through vendor recommendation, Advertisment, websites and LinkedIn sources.
* Conducts initial interview for potential outsourced Instructor.
* Prepare and update training materials, in conjuction with trainers, training managers.
* Administer training program evalutions. Compiles and distributes result to appropricate manager.
* Handles logistics for the trainer/program manager travel.
* Assist in identifying outside resources, as needed. May negotiate pricing terms regarding training materials.
* Work with vendors to handle all logistics-related needs. Handles all billing related to outside services.
* Reserve conference space, coordinate physical setup of room, catering services. Handles all travel arrangements, to include airline reservations, hotel, car rental needs, confirmations to participants, etc.
* Pre-Course Administration - Course Registration, address inquiries, coordinates/assign instructors to appropriate course.
* Post Course Administration - Issue certificates for external and Internal attendees, report customer satisfaction data for training courses.
* Maintain accurate files on each class and attendees.
