2). Worked as Assistant /Admin Officer in Sindh Technical Education w.e.f.14th September1988 to January 1996 & 2008 to December 2010.and handle all administrative matters as per policy/Rolls or as directed by seniors.
3). Worked as Budget & Accounts Officer & in charge accounts about 12 years in same department, from January 1996 to June 2008, prepared Budget monthly.quarterly, 2 quarterly, annually basis, pay rolls/bills weekly. monthly basis, cash book, all accounts registers, single & double entries, payments/Receiving, through cash or bank, bank reconciliations, expenditure statements, monthly, Quarterly, 2 quarterly, annually income tax, public dealing etc.

• Handle balance sheet items, including account payable / account receivable, general ledger and accruals; purchase reports on long outstanding orders, and establish more effective internal controls.
• Participate in ad hoc projects on performance analyses and variance reports from planning and forecasting results in order to provide interpretive comments and recommendations to management.
• Prepare monthly-consolidated financial statements, management reports concerning purchases, sale and inventory as well as annual and interim reports for publishing and announcement.
• Facilitate liaisons with internal and external auditors and deal with any irregular financial issues as they arise.
• Report to Accounting Manager with accountability for running a team of 50 employed.
