Design Engineer.
1. BMU
 Responsibilities:
 Designing and Commissioning of Electrical systems comprising PLC, VFD and RRC as per application
• Field application study and proposing appropriate control systems and Technical solutions.
• Preparing systems configuration for desired application or project involved.
• Preparation of Bill of Material including selection of switchgear components/ PLC components & etc.., Engineering and documentation of the designed control system.
• Drawing preparation, checking the drawing and getting approval from client/end user.
• To design PLC system as per Project requirements.
• To design and implement of PLC control system panels, control system wiring and communication systems.
• Programming of PLC’s systems.
• Installation and commissioning of projects at client’s side.
• Providing technical solutions as per client’s enquiry/Clarification.
• Well knowledge about AC Variable frequency drives such as DELTA VFD Series, Schneider and Siemens Sinamic Series.
• Well Knowledge in communication systems like Radio-remote control and Master-Slave communication systems
• Conducting inspection, pre-commissioning and functional testing to ensure the performance of BMU, Cradles and Monorail Hoists.
• Assisting in Preparing of the documents required for project (Manual, Calibration certificates, Test reports, Quality reports etc.)
• Assisting the service team in testing and trouble-shooting the control system.
• Estimating for the refurbishment of the control systems.

2. EOT Cranes
 Responsibilities:
 Commissioning of EOT Cranes as per application
• Installation and commissioning of Cranes at client’s side.
• Providing technical solutions as per client’s enquiry/Clarification.
• Well knowledge about SWF systems like Nova master and Travel master.
• Well knowledge about ABUS monorail hoists.
• Well Knowledge in communication systems like Radio-remote control.
• Conducting inspection, pre-commissioning and functional testing to ensure the performance of Cranes at Factory and at client place.
• Assisting in Preparing of the documents required for project (Manual, Calibration certificates, Test reports, Quality reports etc.)
• Trouble-shooting the technical issues at site.
