Duties and Responsibilities:
• Controlling project documentation.
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
• Uploading of drawings and documents (AutoCAD and PDF files) in the system.
• Documenting all internal drawings.
• Issuing drawing numbers to all Engineers & Draftsman in Design & Engineering Department.
• Closing all finished work orders in SAP.
• Providing requested drawings/documents from internal/external request.
• Sending weekly/monthly report on Dashboard.
• Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents.
• Updating and maintaining document management systems.
• Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Control/Track/Issue of complete project documentation such as incoming and outgoing correspondence, site instructions, Structural Calculation, RFI, MAR, WIR, MIR, Letters,
• Submittals and other forms of documents from the client and subcontractors.
• Typing of site documents and follow up of all the site needs.
• Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the
• appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
• Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
• Preparing quotations for different projects.
• Preparing Material submittals and Warranties.
• Assists in preparing a for operations/training manuals.
• Demonstrated proficiency with large-scale Document Control management software (ACONEX).
