Project: Social and Economic Resilience Support Project for Vulnerable Women and Girls.
Brief: The project is dedicated to bolstering the social and economic resilience of vulnerable women and girls in Jordan, while also extending vital services to the host community and Syrian refugees. Through this initiative, we aim to empower and uplift women and girls facing adversity by providing them with access to education, skill development programs, and employment opportunities. Furthermore, our project is committed to fostering community unity and support, with the ultimate goal of enhancing the overall well-being and sustainability of the entire region.

 Project: Integrating hydroponic systems as an incubator business for local Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and impart essential entrepreneurship skills. By embracing hydroponics, the project not only provides a source of income but also promotes sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation. The entrepreneurship component equips CBOs with the skills to develop business models, secure funding, and market their hydroponic produce, ensuring their financial self-sufficiency and resilience. This holistic approach aims to empower civil society organizations to be more effective and self-reliant in their endeavors.

• Working on developing and upgrading the project data collection and documentation processes.
• Ensure the proper documentation for all project data to be used for analysis and as a reference.
• Assess continuously the project methods, processes and practices and propose improvements.

• Provide relevant information and raise awareness of vulnerable households regarding the protection benefits of documentation/registration to maximize their ability to make informed decisions.
• Develop care plan with action points, time lines and support services with the aim to alleviate documentation/registration challenges and/or complex legal issues and related protection concerns
• Liaise and coordinate with other team members, particularly the legal adviser, in order to provide up to date and relevant information and manage cases appropriately.
• Connect and refer vulnerable individuals to relevant organizations and services.
• Monitor on-going care plan and provide follow-up to every household.
• Act as an advocate of the beneficiaries with documentation/registration challenges and/or complex legal issues, and related protection concerns.
• Organize and facilitate focus group discussions and semi-structured interviews with beneficiaries in order to monitor changing protection concerns facing Syrian refugees, and write analysis and detailed reports containing findings and recommendations.
