- Prepare a complete commercial & technical evaluation to compare the offers
apple to apple with our BOQ.
- Submit & follow material submittal to consultant & solve the problems until
getting the approvals.
- Negotiating & discussing with consultant to solving the pending issues &
approve it.
- Coordinating to solving technical issues with technical team.
- Reviewing drawings, spec’s & BOQ for several architectural works to get a
complete idea about the works.
- Negotiating with suppliers to reducing the prices & reducing the quantities in
drawings (if available) before getting the approvals.
- Prepare several factory visits as per instruction from procurement & higher
managers & preparing the reports about it to advice the managers about the

achievement percentages to the client periodically and calculating the
amounts of the penalties against the contractor,
- Following up finalizing the architectural snag list issued by the client in

concerned management to take necessary action in this regard).

LAMINO FOR GLASS in cooperation with Business Top Trading Est.

shops with total area of 3000 m2, including installing A / C pipes (hardware
& software) in the top of the artificial ceiling.
 Finalizing arch. shop drawings of ALQUDS LABORATORY after visiting the

 Designing and amendments of the arch. Drawings of THE ENDOWMENT
MANAGEMENT OF SHEIKH SALEH AL RAJIHI together with continuous
cooperation.

 4 stars hotel looking on chalets and a lake. The ideas of the architect (Lo
Kropose) were applies as per the university program requirements.
 Research plant center on a virtual land in kings Saudi university in Riyadh
where conformity carried out between different systems (arch., Const.,
lighting, A/C); so that the building works properly as per the university
program requirements .
 Design and planning of the new head quarter of the teaching staff in King
Saudi University, where the project included 280 Villas with all related
requirements (Urban Design) on a vast area including recreational,
commercial areas, mosques, etc..
 The graduation project represented in a Regional (int'l) Airport in Taif city;
so that to work as an int'l airport in Haj and Ramadan seasons and works as
a regional airport for the nearby countries in the other days. Design and
areas were determined depending on the most renowned books of the int'l
arch. Standards as (New Fort book), (Time server book), etc. reviewing a
