Lead, supervise and monitor the overall Health Safety & Environment Management System in Drilling & Workover Operations, Wellsite Division in Eastern region of Saudi Arabia for Saudi Aramco.
Positively contributes to planning and supervise the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment Management System including Emergency Programs and Plans. Ensure clear understanding by giving advice and assist Site Management on its roles on preventive measures. Ensure that all significant hazards arising from operational activities are identified and controlled. Investigate incidents/accidents.
Provides HSE leadership, guidance and advice to the asset and identifying opportunities for improvement to HSE standards and performance. Working alongside with Operations & Maintenance teams for efficient and effective range of supporting functions in relation to the development and review of the HSE procedures.
Worked as client representative to coordinate and manage the implementation of Sadara PMT safety policies and EHS Management System. Confirm that site complies with relevant EHS legislation during project execution and adhere in accordance with EHS plan and procedure. Develop and maintain statistical data for the project.
Worked as project consultant, to provide expert supervision and management of EPC Contractors and Subcontractors. Closely monitor and ensure compliance with requirements of contract to any project-specific HSE related issues necessary in order to implement and maintain its high level of HSE-Management System.
Lead a team of Site-HSE Officers to ensure proper site safety coverage. Provides fulltime personnel safety support to field work activities, ensure understanding of requirements and excellence in the safe execution of work. Constantly communicates all HSE related matters to field. Support the implementation of project HSE plan.
Enforced strict implementation in compliance of workforce to HSE rules and regulations to control or at least minimized the level of risk and hazards. Conducting regular site inspection/audit, making daily observation report with corrective action and perform any other duties and responsibilities as required by HSE Manager.
Develops and implement documented plan procedures and action plan to improve safety performance dealing with Safety in railway operation. Review and recommend the requirements necessary for safe practices during the implementation or modification of equipment or processes.
