Calling customers and convincing them to take cash from their credit card at different interest rate and generating profit for the bank. Also managing a team of 20 people in absences of the supervisor. Taking meeting for the team on daily bases in regards to plan the daily targets to be achieved target on daily basis.

Work Responsibility: Must meet daily/monthly calls and sales quotas; maintain excellent professional sales skills.Effectively manage assigned territory & drive client growth: Make calls and convince customers to buy all brands phones laptops and other communication gadets, perform accurate order entry, verify, and track orders from initial placement through invoicing.Must provide prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries.

Helping customers to trade in equity / derivatives and generating brokerage for the company. Also making daily sales call report of client, updating and keeping track over the same. Resolving queries of the customers related to market and also mailing queries through e-mails about the process of the products and other procedures.

Was also transferred to SAC (Save a customer) Desk where my responsibilities were to retain the customer and solve their queries by coordinating with respective branch heads for prompt resolution.
