Duties:
• Manage communications for assigned projects with the requester and the related department (including sending feedback, commitment to delivery, new updates and helping in testing)
• Services Continuity and Enhancements embedding monitor service performance.
• Participate in designing the general flow of all the new bundles, offers, or other change requests to meet the requirements on the planed time, cost and scope.
• Handle testing phase for projects and requests with related unites to insure the safe deliver on the expected time to the requester.
• Operation and maintenance.
• Validate and configure main services.
• Validate and configure supplementary services.
• Configure scenarios prices.
• Trace, debug and solve problems.
• Analyze and develop Commercial requirements.
• Troubleshooting problems related to network and business configuration.
• Define and validate KPIs.
• Developing Tools for statistics, reporting and monitoring.
• Connect other third party systems and maintain a fast and responsive connection.
