• Generate sales / revenue projections, develop work plans to achieve the targets.

Opening new lines of business for trading and services was my responsibility and to achieve this target I have established a good relations with local and international parties through my contacts and visits to different companies in Germany, china, Thailand in with we hade added new products to the trading division like power and distribution transformers, as well as introducing some international companies working in power and water sectors.

Feasibility studies for few under studding projects, one of them was for a new factory producing a high temperature thermal insulation materials that don’t exist in the area, a complete visibility study was prepared and introduced by me to the owner based on studding the market needs and potential, our expected share and study different offers and several visits to international suppliers.

Pre qualifying the company to become certified and approved vendor for main clients such as Saudi Electric company(SEC), Saline water corp( SWCC), ARAMCO, SABIC and High Royal commission in Jubail and Yanbu for material supply and contracting, etc.

Work closely with the main contractors in Saudi Arabia and have a good business relation ships with them. For example : Meedco, Iscosa, , Tamimi, , Albassam, AlBahusain, Bemco, Saudi sulpher company as well as international contractors like Rehnold and Mahla (Switzerland), Monsanto (Belgium), Hyundai (Koria), Kafer Raco (Germany), and Bachmann (USA).
