Identify Business needed opportunities for improved operational performance at the organizational level.
Understand business challenges and translate them into process/technical solutions.
Assist in development of project plan and schedule to achieve project goals.
Identify and resolve business risks/issues in a timely manner.
prepare a master plan for all projects in the Operation Department at Saudi secretariat.
Working with the other government entity on preparations of host cities.
Business development and Relationship management between G20 Saudi secretariat and the Airports and other government entities
As Airports Manager responsible:
o Co-ordinate the daily operational plan and engage with stakeholders to harmonies the delegates experience through the process.
o Proactively and dynamically manage the operation, resolving problems and making decisions as they arise.
o Lead the Terminal operational response to unplanned events up to, and including, all emergency and distress events.
o Manage and align delegates' arrival and departure plan with airport operations to ensure they are running to plan and have minimum impact on the terminal operation.
o Work with stakeholders to ensure that the highest level of service standards are delivered and maintained to make the journey of all the delegates smooth.
o Manage and coach team members to deliver the best experience ever to the delegates.
Supervise demand planning team in demand management activities.
Oversee daily activities of team and provide guidance as needed.
Work with management, inventory, supply chain and sales teams in demand planning operations.
Identify demand forecast risks, develop effective mitigation plans and develop demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns
Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
Update forecasts for (new products, seasonal products, discounts, promotions) and Coordinate with inventory team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Define and clarify project scope, develop the project plan and develop the project schedule.
Define the organizational structure of the project team, identify roles and positions and Identify services to be provided by external companies.
Coordinating activities across different organizational functions.
Tracking project progress, project status reporting and determining and taking corrective actions.
Managing a different project (Innovations, Renovations, New lines or machines, Promotions...).
Manage the new marketing initiatives and control total project timeline.
Manage proper feedback on innovation, renovation, promotion launches or stops, and lead write offs by designing action plans “Phase-out - Phase-in” to minimize cost.
One of the members involved in the management of co-packing project (100 million SAR).
•Plan the best way to get goods from manufacturer and suppliers to distribution centers then on to retailers.
•Solve customers’ complaints and problems.
•Track shipments and stock levels.
•Long Life Products FG Inventory Planning in the short and long Run.
•Work with centers to make sure they receive their goods on time and in the right condition.
•Look at ways to improve supply chain networks.
•Monitor overall performance to make sure targets are being met.
•Prepare report and analysis to the company's management team.
•Planning and monitoring in short term for all Bottles (follow up in daily/weekly basis, Sending Call-Offs to suppliers) and in a Long Term planning and monitoring for others packaging materials (follow up in monthly basis, Sending Forecast/VSAs to suppliers).
•Ensure that the company doesn't run out of the materials needed to produce the products Also, manage the flow of inventory and make sure materials are properly shipped to the manufacturer.
•Work with Demand Solution Software as a tool of planning.
•Make the RCCPs, Risk Assessment analysis and Tracking System for stocks/Deliveries for most of suppliers in monthly basis.
•Create plans for new product to be launch in the market within agreed date and Managed production phase out/phase in schedules to re-launch the product with new design.
•Deployment replenishment planning & company’s portfolio of more than 150 of SKU across multiple categories.
•Planning and scheduling trips for trucks per day from the farms to the plant.
•Develop ways to harvest from the farms to reduce the lead-time.
•Monitoring and follow-up trucks by the tracking system for vehicles (RASTRAC) and making reports daily, weekly and monthly.
•Prepare report and analysis to the company's management team.
• Visit the factories for several activities (food, feed, plastic, wood, aluminum, iron, and chemical, medical, electrical ...) on a daily basis.
• Making a full report, which includes a factory information, production capacity, pictures of the production lines and warehouses.
• Evaluate the factories based on (number of production line, whorehouse, Labor…) and give them the approval to increase the number of labor to share it with Ministry of Labor.
