Specific Responsibilities:
• Prepare, maintain, implement and update all ISO Quality Management (QM) and HACCP required documentation.
• Conduct Internal Audits (For all Branches)
• Organize Management Review Meetings.
• Collection, consolidation and analysis of the data in measuring the achievement of the Quality Objectives
• Issue and Verify Corrective Action Reports and Preventive Action Reports
• Inform and train all levels of the organization on ISO 9001 QM and HACCP documented procedures, policies and objectives.
• Prepare and represent company for customer and third party quality and certification audits.
• Verify effectiveness of the QM and HACCP System.
• Verify conformance of the organization on the standard procedures.
• Update QM and HACCP system in accordance to Local and legal requirements
• For Production, Stores (Warehouse) and Distribution (Delivery) and meat processing operations
1.1. Planning and organizing food quality and safety program for the whole operation.
1.2. Verification of compliance for quality control procedures and CCP.
1.3. Verify conduct of in-process, warehouse, raw materials, packing materials and finished product inspection.
• Conduct of process, suppliers, staff and warehouse compliance audits.
• Educate production, storekeeper and delivery staff
• Handling and investigating of Customer complaints, feedback and concerns.
• Coordinate Product Recalls organized by suppliers or in-house.
• Issuance of non-conformance notice to suppliers or production and recommend corrective action.
• Advise handling and disposition of non-conforming products.
• Assist customer’s needs relating to quality assurance.

2. Other Responsibilities
• Supervise and support Junior QAR in DXB Al Quoz and QMRs in AUH and UAQ.
• Initial Sourcing of Uniforms, QC Devices and other Production Implements.
• Procurement of some hygiene-related consumables.
• Responsible for any related Occupational Health and Safety Issues of the branch.
• Identify and Schedule of trainings of the staffs under operations.
• Facilitate and ensure proper management of waste and pest control.
Accomplishment:
• Maintain ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP Compliance certification.
• Implement Cost Saving projects such as in-house calibration of equipment procedure.
