Receives and registers Client provided Engineering documents/reference, letters,
etc.
* Prepares transmittal for official submission to Client of Engineering deliverables,
letters, and other project submittals prepared by the Project team.
* Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
* Maintains and updates specifically assigned project database/s to ensure that the
latest records of documents are archived.
* Ensures the correctness and completeness of the document in terms of formats,
revision numbering, document classification, document number, document title,
page numbering, etc. before issuing to Client. Formatting may include correcting
templates, fonts and style, and other activities that may be required to achieve
Client’s documentation requirement.
* Controls the issuance of document numbers
* Tracking the schedule of Engineering deliverables and notifying the concerned
Project member on the upcoming/pending submittals.
* Generate document control reports as may be required.
5 years of experience as a Design Engineer. I have developed my skills in doing Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) up to Engineering, Procurement, Installation and Commissioning (EPC), gained knowledge and expertise in doing Detailed Engineering which includes the following:
