in order with soft and hard copy.
Quality Control/Quality Assurance. Inspected site to find faults and wrong installation of formworks and rebars to ensure proper implementation of structural design and to lessen significant errors on the future.
Developed new systems with engineering team to lessen expenses of the company on billings to ensure precise cost (based on the contract) and avoid overbilling; and improvement of cutting list and its request to reduce waste on steel.
Estimated detailed quantity of materials needed on site, bill of quantity, and cost proposal.
Assisted/Supervised day-to-day implementation and control in the execution of the project.
Coordinated with designers and subcontractors for plans and details of architectural, structural, MEPFS plans, etc. and for technical issues on site.
Reported daily monitoring and accomplishment. Approves and/or makes billings of subcontractors.
Followed up important matters such as permits, procurement update, operation concerns, and others.
