1- Performance management process (PMP):
• Performance and development review (PDR).
a. Setting Performance objectives by Finalizing all core job and Simplify the objectives and agree on process Steps along with What worked in privies year and what did not.

c. Avoid getting influenced by historical ratings of the employee
d. Abide to the CI Avg. to avoid problems like central tendency and exceeded the CI which lead to significant back and forth.
e. Ensure The Consult forums take place consistently between Function Leads and business.
f. Validate Incorrect manager / DR mapping on system.
• Manage the activation of the PMP for my population through:
a. Conduct sessions to cover the target % for the targeted population to meet agreed timeline.
b. Consolidate YE templates and calibrate ratings with managers in agreed timeline.
c. Act as SME for PDR system for my own population, training them on how to use it, create the right level of escalation and ensure100% of eligible population administer the PDR process end to end on the System.
2- Training and Development projects.
• Ensure conducting 100 % Code of Conduct refreshers for non-management population by YE..
• Build a solid data base for own area, ensuring conducting accurate reporting of all OD activities on monthly basis through OD team.
• Running and leading development projects for my own area through prepare analysis tools.
