Type of Project: The development and establishment of yards and fields on Hermila
• Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes of Meetings.
• Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
• Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
• Coordinates with all project related personnel (onshore and offshore) on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.
• Develop master schedules, resource schedules, execution plans, budgets, project close out reports & management plans; monitor performance and forecast estimates to completion
• Organize review meetings & draft progress reports for client representatives, project owners, and company senior management
• Interface with stakeholders like contractors, engineering subcontractors, sub-vendors, project team and regulatory authorities involving development of plans, drawings, registers and matrix
• Examine architectural, civil, and mechanical drawings for discrepancies, and resolve mismatches with appropriate parties

Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.
Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulation
