1. Attend kick-off meeting for any new projects.
2. Prepare Basis of Design, Scopes of Work, Technical reports, Inter discipline design coordination.
3. Provide technical support to other members of the team.
4. Plan and monitor the number of resources for a certain project and giving instruction accordingly.
5. Prepare concept and preliminary engineering solutions for detail design, Tender and Issued for Construction drawings and specifications.
6. Check plans and specifications for accuracy of design and completeness for construction.
7. Perform preliminary sizing for structural members to provide preliminary input to Structural analysis modelling.
8. Review and coordinate with external & internal parties involve related to structural works & design.
9. Perform actual design duties and other related duties when required.
10. Perform Analysis and Design of steel and concrete structures to various International & Company codes and standards (American, British) using engineering software such as Etabs, Safe and Prokon.
11. Prepares structural design reports for submission to clients and authority.
12. Provide relevant knowledgeable practical skills in the response and actions for:
- Site visits and site surveys
- Site queries and RFI’s
13. Review Material Submittal and relevant documents provided by client and sub-contractors.
14. Provide Value Engineering Report and Calculations.
