Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
‐ Create and execute a strategy to continue to maintain and grow the account.
‐ Establishes and maintains cordial and effective relationships with key personnel at assigned
account in warehousing, logistician, financing and management areas, as well with all levels in
Saudi Aramco from the Drilling management to their end‐users.
‐ Initiates and attends meeting with Saudi Aramco and maintains regular contact with existing
suppliers for follow‐up Saudi Aramco requirements.
‐ Collaborates with our suppliers in preparing specifications for quotations, tenders, and supply
agreements in a clear and concise manner.
‐ Grows sales by providing solutions and excellent service to Saudi Aramco.
‐ Participates in key Trade Shows and Conferences ensures Galaxy is viewed as innovative and
market leader.
‐ Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Saudi Aramco needs on an ongoing basis.
Operational Duties and Responsibilities:
‐ Oversees all inbound shipments to ensure they are correct and satisfied Saudi Aramco
requirements.
‐ Perform periodic inventory counts - ensuring stock is maintained at appropriate levels as per
Saudi Aramco purchase agreements forecasts figures.
‐ Handling and processing new Saudi Aramco purchase orders and monitor them with
warehouse dispatch team and end‐user to maintain on‐time collection/delivery.
‐ Negotiates and resolves issues which arise between Saudi Aramco and Galaxy on matters
relating to product operations, pricing, performance, etc.
‐ Maintaining an appropriate knowledge base of products lines of our suppliers and
manufacturers, along with knowledge of Saudi Aramco requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
