Overall Accountabilities
Approval of Foreign Exchange deals with in EMEA, APAC market cut off deadline.
Payment Approval (MT 103, MT202) as a paying agent for clients on Money Market issuance or settlement.
Intraday reconciliation of trades and settlement.
Standard Settlement Instructions and amendments for trades.
Performing EOD Reconciliation activities with strict deadlines.
Preparing financial reports for all clients on a daily basis and report to the higher level management.
Performing brokerage monitoring, calculation and payment on monthly basis.
Clearing Net Differences between client and bank stock details.
Reconciliation of Stock trades for the client and bank.
Tracking and solving the root cause for discrepancies between the books of Investment managers, sub-custodians, clearing houses and accounts mangers.
Regularly updating and maintenance of Desktop Procedures for London Processes.
Preparation of daily and monthly checklist including billing spread sheets for high priority and sensitive clients and Provide statistics for the daily and monthly MIS to the higher Management.
Identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level
Instrumental in identifying training needs across level through mapping of skills required for different roles & analysis of the existing level of competencies.
Actively participated in meetings for requirements gatherings, created analysis/functional specifications, Instrumental in mapping business requirement and coordinating in developing and implementing processes in line with the pre-set guidelines.
