To develop the image and the profitability of the brand in the market through planning, executing & evaluating defined elements of the plan in accordance with global and local objectives, through budgeting and implementing the relevant marketing activities. The major responsibilities include market research, product development, and managing the brand’s P & L as well.
Forecasting, Budgeting, and creating yearly startegy to reach the budgeted figures, ensuring that the prompt & efficient service is provided to the guests, running costs are not exceeded as agreed, and standards are maintained through out the period.
Ensuring the outlets run efficiently & standards are met with guaranteed guest satisfaction. Costs are controlled, and budgets are achieved.
Staffing, Prioritizing tasks, assigning special duties, maintaining Par stock, Training, Ensuring Efficient Service to guests.
