Job Descriptions: -
• Managing 400+ fleets of construction machinery/vehicles at Diriyah Gate infrastructure Project.
• Allocating and supervising a team of above 300 drivers, operator and mechanics on daily basis. In charge of their attendance and shift arrangements.
• Preparing daily machinery allocations, Breakdowns, operator absent, idle machinery, fuel consumption report, utilization reports and submitting to project and equipment department on daily basis.
• Coordinating with rental supplies for outsourcing of equipments and machinery. Negotiating and preparing price comparison and raising PR as per project requirements.
• Receiving and verify Invoices of external hired machinery of corresponding Project.
• Educate drivers for safety and driving skills, toolbox talks on weekly and daily basis
(Position: Transport Officer (Nov 201 6 to Nov 201 8)
Job Descriptions: -
• Operation in charge for above 300 construction vehicle/machinery and 1 20 labor buses at Al Dars 1 01 7 Villas construction site Abu Dhabi.
• Communicating with construction managers and engineers for site operations and requirements on daily basis.
• Responsible for Machinery hiring, LPO and quotations arrangements in best competitive rates.
• Preparing daily machinery operations reports, time sheets of all site machinery and equipments
• Responsible for allocation of all the plants, machinery and operator/driver of project.
• Preparing fuel consumption daily and monthly report of all site vehicle and machinery.
• Responsible for all labors and staff transportation from site to camp and within UAE.
• Service booking and repair/maintenance handling of external hired Cars, Buses with suppliers like Al Tayer Motors, Massar Solution, Golden place etc.)
• Technically competent to understand the user needs, requirements and raise service/maintenance orders accordingly to suppliers for cars.
• Follow up with workshop controller on vehicle repairing and maintenance status of site.
• Analyzing and corresponding with site managers to schedules for plane servicing and repairing work to avoid delay of site work.
• Responsible to make every effort to resolve vehicle users and site related Complaints and ensure I have positive operation experience.
• Follow up payments of credit suppliers and ensure collection within stipulated time to run the business smoothly.
• Receiving and verify invoices of external machinery.
• Keep update safety and RTA related documents of vehicles and machinery.
• Reports daily to PM about new machinery requirements, machinery breakdowns and increase/reduce of resources.
• Safety training of operator and driver on weekly and daily basis.
(Position: Transport Supervisor Feb-201 0 to Aug.-201 4.)
Job Descriptions: -
• Supervising and controlling more than 300 all kinds of construction heavy vehicles and machinery at Jizan University building and access road projects. Always available on call out of hours and at weekends to deal with any urgent matters.
• Controlling distributions of site machines and vehicles among the different jobs as per site engineers requirements and follow up them till work completion
• Responsible for providing machinery supports on time to project to avoid any work delay due to machinery. Making sure all operators and machinery must be at right locations at the right time.
• Effectively lowering the cost of project by hiring skilled Operators, Good conditions and low rates of machinery after market research.
• Responsible for fuel orders and managing fuel consumption of machinery with running meter and hours.
• Follow up with workshop and machinery suppliers to make sure all site machineries are properly maintained and serviced to avoid any incident and reduce downtime.
• Arranging with site safety to inspect all the site machinery before entering to site. Arranging induction and training of all drivers and operators on weekly basis,
• Regularly liaising with the construction managers and site engineers to rectify site complains or additional work requirements at the site.
• Maintaining accurate and updated documents records for machineries and keeping all drivers attendance and duty records on daily basis.
• Giving drivers a full debrief of safety requirements including technical analysis about machinery for safe operations. Also provide awareness about Gov. Authority regulations to avoid any penalty by government and client.
• Identifying operational issues, unscheduled and long breakdowns of machinery, shortage of manpower and reporting it to project manager to short out ASAP.
• Identification and processing procedures for vehicle abuse, accident and incident cases.
• Preparing daily operation reports and time sheets of Heavy buses, Light vehicles, and Heavy machineries and equipments.
• Appraising staff performance and taking disciplinary measures when required.
