Currently, I'm working with Al Rahmania Catering LLC & looking after their entire Restaurants & Catering business as a General Manager Operations in Dubai.
I was last associated with Al Mourouj Real Estate & Investments, Doha / Qatar as F&B Manager and I was reporting directly to the CEO.I was looking after all front and back of the house F&B operations including, restaurants, fine dining room, steakhouse, coffee shops, buffet, quick service outlets, bars, employee dining room, kitchens, banquet, conferences & meetings functions & I have also successfully established two posh coffee shops from scratch (Court Cafe) in Salwa & Musherib road, Doha/Qatar.
Setting the standard & specifications of service.
Setting the menu keeping in mind the market, the guest choice & kitchen constraints.
Ensure highest standards of presentation and service.
Manpower planning with in budget but without affecting the standards of service or food.
Monitoring & supervising the day to day activities & operations.
Maintain standards of hygiene & sanitation.
Handling guest comments: Likes & Dislikes.
To stop/minimize pilferages, wastages etc.
Maintenance of equipments & service ware.
Staff training & motivation.
Sensitivity of competition.
Effective & impartial leadership.
Managing multiple outlets.
